Everyone has some unwanted, outdated, or gently used quality items that they are able to donate. EZ Auctions offers our store as your local drop off location. We accept and inventory your members' donation items and turn them into cash by auctioning them off on eBay on your behalf. We proudly discount our fee structure to benefit your fundraising needs. Our expert certified eBay Trading Assistants will assist your organization resulting in higher returns you can see in every check you receive. EZ Auctions' fundraising solution returns as much as 80% of all proceeds from the sales of your members donated items!

- Plan Your Event and Get the Word Out To Your Members
Once registered, our Fundraising Coordinator will contact you within one week to begin planning the details of your event.
We will assist you in:
Setting a date for your event.
Developing an effective, yet simple marketing strategy.
Your organization also receives a custom designed fundraising kit complete with everything you need to announce your event, including sample flyers, ad copy and an appeal letter. Simply use them to get the word out to all of your members-and we will do the rest!
- Members Donate Their Items
Members will be directed where to drop-off their donated items. Items can be dropped off at our store, or you can establish your own drop-off location. We can even arrange for some donations to be sent to us by mail. We also offer free in-home pickups for items with an estimated value of $500 or more.
- We List Your Items On eBay
EZ Auctions' certified eBay Trading Assistants research donated items and design effective eBay auction listings. During the auction, we communicate with potential buyers and answer any of their questions. Once the auction of your items is over, we collect the payment from the buyers and carefully package and ship the donations to the top bidders.
- Your organization recieves a check
EZ Auctions completes the transaction by sending you a check for the proceeds of the auctioned items, which includes the donor's information. We then send each donor a "Thank You" note from your organization with a tax-deductible charitable donation receipt
